Mrs. Shandron Pemberton is a Licensed Broker with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), a Certified Manger of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist with the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.
POSolutions, Inc. was founded by Mrs. Pemberton in 2004. Based in Douglasville, Georgia, POSolutions, Inc. provides worry free property management services to Homeowner and Condominium Associations. POSolutions, Inc. offers a variety of services for community associations to include Covenant Enforcement, Collection Management Programs, and Accounting Services to name a few. 2016 Graduate of Leadership Douglas with the Douglas County Chamber of COmmerce, 2015 Graduate of the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Emerging Leaders program and an appointed board member with the city of Douglasville's Downtown Development Authoriy (DDA Board)
POSolutions, Inc. also provides a broad array of Building & Facilities Maintenance Services to Asset Managers that oversee foreclosed properties or Government Agencies & Corporations in need of an entity to provide maintenance to property assets such as janitorial services.
Mrs. Pemberton remains at the forefront of POSolutions, Inc. and is responsible for the continued progression of the firm. Currently, POSolutions Inc. manages nearly 5,000 units throughout the Atlanta Metro area and oversees nearly 7.5 million dollars of association funds.
In service to the community, Mrs. Pemberton volunteers as a Mentor for the Douglas County District Attorney’s office’s Teenage Intervention Program (TIP), and is also an appointed member for the City of Douglasville’s Downtown Development Authority Board.
